Been so long...

It's been quite a while since I've visited blog land...but here we are again!  I realized as I was uploading pics that I haven't been as diligent with the camera lately.  Except for a few pictures on my phone, I only had a few pictures to choose from since the holidays...and some of them aren't even that exciting.

As it goes with growing kids, most of our activities have revolved around Lauren's activities.  Right now Charlie and Kate just sort of come along, but they don't mind right now.  We'll get Kate in some things this summer.  I had to dig deep to find even one or two pictures of Kate and Charlie...

Kate asleep in the hallway...exciting huh?

Lauren started piano lessons in January and had her first recital.  She's doing well, seems to like it, which is good because she's in it for the long haul....

Kate had a bike a thon a few weeks ago....we bought her a bigger bike a few months ago, but it's too big for her to start easily because her feet barely touch the ground, so she used her little mini bike for this event... terrible helmet placement, I know.

Even Charlie got in on the fun...not too many pictures of him the last little while.

Lauren has spent the entire school year involved with the drama club at school...they've been working on Seussical the Musical since September and after post-poning the shows a few weeks due to a lice breakout, she had her big performances this past weekend.  It has been so fun for her, and something that I think she'll always remember...

She was a "Who" and a "Monkey"--not big parts, but perfect for her...

Lauren also started her first Little Lassie city softball/tball league...she actually enjoys it and says that she wants to be a pitcher...

And the real reason for  falling off the face of blogland--Hyer baby #4...coming Sept 16th.  So yes, that will be 3 kids within 6 weeks of each other...guess we weren't thinking ahead.  Anyone that knows me well knows that pregnancy and I don't get along, at all.   I'm now 14 1/2 weeks, and have been hanging over the toilet at least once a day for the past few months.  And based on the last few pregnancies, the end won't come for several more weeks.  So not fun, but worth it in the end.  Isn't it crazy that 12 week old fetus actually looks like a baby?
