Lauren turned 8 on the June 18th and had a joint birthday party with another June friend...they opted for a swim party--so fun and easy...

My friend K made a figure 8 out of cupcakes, and each girl got a center cupcake with 8 candles on it--perfect way to share the spotlight...
On her actual birthday she spent the day at camp, so she opened 2 presents in the morning, and then the rest at night when Andy and my mom were here...then we went out to dinner...
I think it was a successful and happy birthday for this little lady...happy 8th birthday Lauren!
