Santa Claus--love him and hate him

Primary breakfast with Santa--the reactions were what I expected...although when Lauren was Charlie's age she climbed up and over my shoulder in terror before I could even put her on Santa's lap, so I guess Charlie was a little more mellow. Lauren asked for a shiny pink skateboard...I'm not sure where she got that idea from, probably a commercial while fast-forwarding the DVR, and I wasn't even sure pink skateboards existed, but they do! She loves her Barbie board and is the envy of her siblings...am I bad if I don't even remember what Kate asked for?
