After presents and breakfast, Lauren initiated all her snow clothes and went sledding ouside. The hill that we slid down would put us in the reservoir during the summer...the contrast in seasons is wonderful in Preston. She was a good sport about trekking up the hill after each ride. It was only a precursor of the snow fun that would come in Island Park! In the first picture you can see some of the decorations that my father-in-law puts up...hanging balls of different colored lights. I think he first saw it in the Phillipines. He hangs them from the trees also and it looks really cool...I wish I had a picture.
